The voucher can be used once during its annual validity at any time in the e-shop (under the shopping cart) or in person at the Brno Observatory and Planetarium cash desk (to discount tickets to the Observatory by a maximum of its value, multiple vouchers can be used for one purchase). When using a voucher for a cheaper purchase of tickets, the excess amount is not refunded.
