Yes, you can buy an adventure program for someone as a gift (if he/she meets any set conditions, eg age, of the adventure). Three types of adventure programs can be bought as gift = meet the animals, caretaking of beast or ungulates. When shopping, check "I want this experience as a gift voucher" to uncover the field where you can enter the name of the person to whom the voucher will be issued. Upon payment, you will receive a generated PDF Gift Certificate (or vouchers, if you buy multiple products at a time) as part of your purchase confirmation.
In order to buy an adventure program through our eshop, you need to create a registration on eshop of BrnoID.cz (using just an e-mail adress and setting up your password) and then select "ZOO" section. Here you will click on "Buy adventure program" and then you’ll select the type of program you want by clicking on the corresponding image. After selecting of the program you have to choose the variant of the program and then you have to fill in your personal data (if you have already filled them in "My account" section, they will automatically appear here). Then you just click on the "Add to cart" button and after that you confirm the purchase by clicking on "Proceed to checkout". Now you can select the method of payment. You can select either the option of paying using GoPay that enables you to pay using internet banking of some banks, or you can pay via bank card online. If you don’t want to use this method, you can select the second one called Pay via OFFLINE bank transfer. If you’ll select GoPay, your payment will only need to be confirmed – you don’t need to fill anything in it. As for the second method, you’ll obtain data needed to make the payment.

Customer data is stored in accordance with czech law and General EU Regulation 2016/679 on the Protection of Personal Data and Amendments to Certain Acts, by the Dopravní podnik města Brna, a.s. for the purpose of using services of this portal.
Dopravní podnik města Brna, a.s. is a registered personal data administrator, entity reg. No.: 00003558, and all data obtained from data subjects under their registration is used for the purposes of operating the e-shop of DPMB services as in particular in connection with the provision of transport services and the conclusion of transport contracts. Customer is always informed and asked for additional consent in the case his personal data were to be transmitted to a third party in connection with some services offered (for example, by electronically submitting a grant application to the city of Brno).
One exception is KORDIS JMK, as, which is also registered personal data administrator, entity reg. No.: 00031969. As the coordinator of transportation services within the IDS JMK, this company operates the unified user database of the owners of electronic public transport tickets, which is necessary for verifying the performance of the transport contract and for the performance of transport inspections. KORDIS JMK, a.s. is entitled to transmit data about purchased tickets and the personal data necessary for verifying their validity to the carriers and accredited inspection bodies, as well as to the entities certifying entitlement to the discounts provided upon submission of IDS JMK. These entities are not able to view the entire database, they are only allowed to read the details of a particular customer on presentation of the ticket carrier or after providing the name, surname and date of birth. Customer's personal data (stored according to this paragraph) will be deleted after five years from the termination of the contractual relationship.
The personal data of customers is fully protected against misuse.
Third-party employees can also gain access to customer personal data for better accessibility of verification places. It will happen only on a contractual basis between the DPMB and the third party, where all the necessary elements to safeguard personal data will be covered. Currently, Jiří Mahen Library in Brno is such a contracting entity and offers customer verification on part of its branches.
